I htink it has something to do with you;re body proportions, because youre shoe ehould be te size of youre forearm if youre body is in proportions, but it should have something to do with proportions of the body

Hmm good question I think its to do proportions as dannyley said but its not like if you have size 11 feet your going to have an 11 inch penis.

All things like this are a complete myth! It has nothing to do with it what-so-ever!

the shoe size is correct, me and my 5friends tried it and it works, so if you take youre shoe off and put it on youre forearm it will be the length of youre forearm, elbow to wrist

Trying it on just a few people doesn't prove anything.
According to the article “Can Shoe Size Predict Penile Length†in a 2002 edition of the British Journal of Urology International, the association between penile length and shoe size has no scientific basis.

LOL! The only thing shoe size predicts/indicates is the size of your foot!
These things are myths (like masturbation causing insanity). Various body part size is pre deterimined by 2 factors. First, your participation in the human race, giving you a range of normal sizes, and secondly, by your unique genetics (which you get from your folks). So, there's a range of norml, and your fit (size) is determined by what your parents are. And this formula applies to each body part. They are not necessarily interrelated.

Haha yeah I wear size 16 (15 1/2 UK) and some people are very quick to point that stereotype out. It can be quite annoying and embarrassing but it doesn't bother me too much anymore.

I agree. It is complete and total BS.
