Huge problems in math.

I am very unlucky in math. I can learn a lot of hours, but still don't understand anything. I always get four from the test..... Always...... What i should do? Please help..... I am so upset of it....:(

Repetition is the best way to solidify any knowledge. Do all your homework and, if you don't understand the concept, ask your teacher about it or look for more worksheets online. Try asking other people in your class if you have questions or form a study group with your classmates.

If the subject level is too hard for you, drop down in to a more simplified class.

Practice really does make perfect when it comes to arithmetic, try solving easier problems and working your way up until you can incorporate them in to the math you're being taught.

Unlike some subjects, in math you use prior knowledge to solve larger problems. If you are lacking basic knowledge of the subject, then you won't be able to advance.

I'm good at math but only because my dad teaches me algebra over the summer...im not sure its worth it.

but one thing that helped me was looking over the same topic in a few different
text books - some books just explain it better or seem to anyways.

Oh, I feel much the same way about English. Writing is really my worst area - in the bottom half of my year in English.

hmmm i used to be bad at math till the last 4 years :)
i used to get 12 of 20 most of the times but after going to a special math institute here , i promoted my marks to around 19 / 20 :) C'mon its really easy . you just need to listen and learn everything INSIDE class and have a little review of the lessons after the class
P.S. My chemistry sux instead :D xD
