Its normal, and I know, b/c sometimes I just don't feel like masturbating and I'll go a week without jacking off, and then the next week when I masturbate for the first time since the week before last, I notice that I seem to jack off a bit more, so I'd say, its perfectly normal, and that it is most definitely true that the less you masturbate, the more you jack off at a given time.
