sensitive head :(

I've got this yellowish stuff on my penis head, I was trying to wash to off when I realised that my penis head is so sensitive I can't touch it, someone help :what:

Im guessing you uncut , aka you have a foreskin. That yellowish stuff you see is probably smegma, it is just old skin cells and bacteria, it naturally occurs under your foreskin. It is best to wash under your foreskin every day, but if it is very sensitive that may be an issue. It is completely normal to have a very sensitive head, it is covered by the foreskin all the time. Try pulling your foreskin back and letting it go back , do this regularly, it should help with the sensitivity. Hit me up if you have any questions, good luck.
