You're 13, you have until you're 21 to continue to develop. So yes that's totally normal and if you think that you'll stay that size forever, you won't. As you've only really started puberty, you've got a long way to go. However, there's a possibility you won't grow much, but you'll see what happens in time.

I was a 34a until i was about 15 and then i started to develop and am now a 34c so it can take a while to develop.
Sometimes if you do quite a lot of sport it can mean your breasts dont grow quite as big.

i didnt have any breasts still grade 8 and when i did i skipped 2 cup sizes
now im 19 and im a D 40 but thats still not big enough!!!! and im still growing
your hormones change over time some women get larger breasts others shrink
consider yourself lucky that you wont have any near future back problems with breasts thats small.

there is no real normal for breast size one you have entered puberty every one is different and developes at different rates. I have a friend thats 22 and she has an A cup and I know girls younger than I am with DD's be happy for now and if when you are 18 and are not happy there is always implants.

This also depends on your weight! I myself weigh about 125pounds. Thats why my breasts are bigger. People who weigh in the 100pounds area have smaller breasts. (Normally)

It could also be genetics, my whole family in women tend to have larger breasts. Does your mother/grandmother/ect have large boobs? Try going through your family tree and see if you can find a pattern in developement.

You are only 13 hun, when I was your age I was just starting to get to a B. I bet when you are 16-17 your boobs will be bigger. You will start to gain weight as you age too, you will develope curves and all that terrible, terrible stuff! LOL!

Just don't grow up too fast, Boobs make life hard. :<

There isn't really a normal when it come to size. Some people have really big breasts and some are more petite. I'm 15 and I have 34d but when I was 13 I was around 32b but that's just me. I have friends that are the same bra size as you that are the same age S me and I know older women who would also have a similar size. A good way to see what size your mostly likely to end up is by looking at you mum, your nannas and your other female relatives because size can often run in the family but again that is not always the case. Every boob is different.

If your still abit worried try talking to your mom about it.
