Thoughts are real, yes? But they only exist inside our heads. Hallucinations are fictitious, not real, because they exist only inside our heads? :what:

Hallucinations are real if we're speaking on terms of visual or auditory stimulai that only exist in the mind.

Hallucinations are real. They are incorrect perceptions of the world, but they are still real.

Yes, this. Hallucinations and delusions exist. They are real to the person experiencing them. Besides, we have no way of knowing that the person who is "hallucinating," is seeing/hearing/experiencing something "unreal." All we can know is that they experience something that we do not. As George Orwell said, sanity is statistical.
