I've been reading that a 13 year olds penis should be around 5.5-6 inches erected. My dick is 7" even and I'm 13 almost 14:) if you are worried that you have a small dick, you shouldn't be because it'll grow. Remember you're only 13

Well you must be reading wrong, because 5.5-6 inches is more like the adult average. There isn't really an average size for a 13 year old, because everybody is at a different stage of puberty, some are bigger, some are smaller, that's fine. I'd guess that most 13 year old's are around 4-4.5 inches, definitely not 5.5-6 inches, that's the average size for an adult.

I need to rephrase that it pretty much stops growing at 17-19 or whenever puberty ends. That's when your body is mature and ready to focus on reproducing. But everyone is different, some males still continue puberty into their early twenties.

Umm hard to say because some people develop faster than others. When 13 year old's say that they have a 6.5 inch dick or bigger they are more often than not stretching the truth. (No pun intended) If you are 13 and you really do have a dick of 6.5 inches, more power to you, but I'm willing to bet that less than 1/10 of the 13 year old's who claim that they have a dick size of anything over 6 inches are actually being honest. I'm 15 and I am just shy of 6 inches. But anyways a 13 year old on average has a dick size of I would say, 4 inches. If you are less than that, it doesn't mean you will always have a small dick it just means that you haven't developed as fast as most guys your age. You could end up with an above average size once you are a full grown adult. The average size for a full grown adult is about 6 inches.

I don't think he has measured right at all. Most guys start puberty at 12 or 13. So i doubt in one year, he would of grown that much.

As stated -- the average adult size is around 5.25-6.5 [give or take .25 inch]. Plus -- if a guy is an early bloomer and started at like 8 or 9 -- he could be close to done with his development.
