Ever since starting puberty, i have had a very big appetite. Like I can go eat ALOT at a buffet and with another 2 hours i am hungry again. But the weird thing is, i never gain any weight. I am not complaining but just need to know if this is normal.

Yup, this is completely normal during puberty. The worse thing you could do is probably not eat when you do feel hungry. Because you are growing in so many different ways, your body is burning through calories/energy at a high rate. Therefore, you need to make sure that you eat enough to give your body the energy it needs.

You get a growth spurt during puberty which needs protein to build the extra tissue and energy to fuel the process so yes it is quite normal to suddenly eat more without getting fat.

Completely normal. Your body is going through immense changes and it needs a ton of energy to compensate for your growth.

I guess it's normal. Men's metabolism is faster than women. That's why men eat a lot. And maybe, puberty? I guess.

Don't worry Mate, it's completely normal, it's where you're body needs energy to grow, I get this all the time, and i'm really skinny!
It's also to do with Motabolisim (how fast you digest food) and mens is higher than womens, don't worry this is cmpletely normal
