as you mature through puberty your semen should become whiter, your sperm count will increase and you should start to ejaculate a bit more.

How ever clear semen is just as effective as white semen in getting someone pregnant....

I dont think it ever turns fully white. It gets pretty close though. And as you get farther in puberty, it tends to get whiter, and less clear.

It's never fully white, there's usually some clear bits or slightly yellow/grey bits.
