I think your best bet is to just talk to him about it. I'm almost positive he feels the same exact way. In my opinion, unless he is just super weird about it, I don't see any issue at all with you guys jerking off out in the open. It's a normal guy thing to do. If you don't want to talk to him, you could always just do it in the bathroom and lock the door. Other than that, I don't see any other solution. But again, I think your best bet is to just talk to him about it.

If he is weird about jerking off in the open, then maybe you guys can work something out where while you are jerking, he can leave. And while he is doing it, you can leave. To be honest though, I don't think he'll have an issue with doing it in the open.
