I Lol'd

A flying piece of debris struck and killed a woman in her 50s on Monday evening.

The accident happened outside a Staples store at Keele St. and St. Clair Ave. W.

Toronto EMS says the sign flew off because of strong winds.

The woman was a passerby. She died on scene from trauma to the head. EMS says nobody else was injured.

The sign can still be seen swaying in the wind.

You're not correcting me, you're correcting the star ;)

I'm in Northern Alberta right now so I'm just hearing about this shitstorm and laughing. I saw one report saying Toronto's east end and then proceeded to say at St. Clair and Keele. Some of them just don't know what they're talking about I guess. Still better than CNN.....

I don't find this story funny. Maybe that is just me, though.

You could say that she...

...didn't see the signs.

Yeah there's over 30 confirmed deaths.

Death by airborne signs? Sounds like the day after tomorrow.

Not exactly something to laugh at, seeing as a person died from such a random untimely accident that ended her life.

This actually made me paranoid, given the winds of the hurricane. So far leaves are the only things to have hit me.

"This is Woman, signing off!" *ba-bum-tss!*

Okay okay, bad pun at the wrong time, but the whole story is somewhat amusing. Too bad for her :|
