Don't worry, 5 inches is not small for a 13 year old. We all develop at our own pace so you are perfectly normal.

The normal size range for adult erections is from 5" - 7" so you already have a normal adult size at age 13. That's not small at all.

Nope, that's probably above average for a 13 year old. Most guys who are 13 are probably around 4 inches. I was the same size as you when I was 13, now i'm 14 ( soon to be 15 though ) and i'm just under 6 1/2 inches erect. So, no that is not small at all for your age, there are actually a lot of ADULTS who are 5 inches, some even smaller.
