Well that was a wicked confusing episode of the walking dead. What the heck was up with those friggin zombie heads at the end? I cant tell what kinda guy the governer is yet. At first i was like, "oh, this guys really awesome and nice." Then he slaughtered all those army guys and i was like, "WHAT YOU DOING BRO?!? HOW COULD YOU?!" So yea, what did you guys think?

The Governer is a pretty fucked up guy in the comics so I'm really on edge not knowing if they can match up to how crazy he is in it then on TV. Anyone know how many episodes there's going to be this season?

Yeah it'll be interesting to see how far they push it this season, considering all the fucked up stuff in the comics. I heard there's 13 episodes this season, so we'll see what happens haha

Oh My Gosh! I was totally thinking the same thing! Im like, oh these are good guys, and they are providing for random people. Then he shoots up the freaking army, and Im like are you Mad Bro!?!?! Then I got so confused as to the kind of guy he is, and about the little community. I so cant wait for next weeks episode!

Think about this; he shot up TRAINED PROFESONALS, guys that are experts at killing. Guys he could have used. I get that there are some reasons (immoral reason i think) that would make him kill these army men, but still. They could have been valuable members of the communtiy. Now think about how he's gonna treat Ricks little rag tag group of survivors, people that wouldnt really add much of anything to the group. Scary thought ;-;

I would have liked to see this week's and last week's episodes edited together so that part of the time was on Rick's group and part on the governor. I didn't care for one episode directed at each individual group. And how believable is it that the governor's random group killed a bunch of trained army people and not a single one of them even shot back. Not very likely.

I was a little disappointed that ricks group didn't meet up with the governers in this episode. You brought up a good point too, how did nobody on the governers side get shot or even shot at? They should have been on the governer as soon as he pulled out the gun an shot the first guy. The rest hiding in the trees are a little more believable. Now that I think about it, the whole scene was set up just for shock value. Why would the governer ride up and risk his life when they had such good positions in the trees?

wouldnt it be conidered necrophilia? or does that go out the window when they became the undead, but arent they still technically dead? i mean there still just dead bodies, i dunno, either way that shit is fucking twisted

Agreed holy shit I teared up like four times. Are you kidding me? That was the most tragic TV episode I have ever seen. I have no idea what like the tension of the next episode is going to be like.

I hate the governor. He's just going around shootimg people he could use to aid the town and offer them protection if they work with/for him and doing OTHER stuff (in the comics, he is NOT nice to michonne, to keep it simple). Though I kinda found that I thought what he was doing was kinda funny when he was combing Penny's hair (the walker daughter) and then was like "Penny! Stop!" And getting annoyed at her like she was still living xD

My Dad's friend gave us the first two seasons, so I started watching last night. I'm at the end of season 1, and I'm really enjoying it so far.

I, unfortunately, came in on the 3rd season. My brother had to fill me in on some things that happened in seasons 1 and 2 that impacted events in season 3. I've been too lazy to go out and rent the first 2 seasons of it but I heard on New Years Eve they're having a Walking Dead Marathon. In other words, I probably won't get any sleep that night.
