Sometimes I get depressed for no reason (that i know of) It can happen a few times a day or it skips a few days and when it does it hit it's severe. Is this normal or what i am genuinely confused about this.

I think you should see a doctor about this. It sounds like the beginning of clinical depression. if so, it's better to get help now before it gets too bad.
feel free to message me if you ever need any help.

I agree with stryker,
Do go and get help. We're not doctors, we can't really tell you what's up. But i am sure a fair amount of us have been there ourselves, and the best advice we can give is to talk to a doctor.
When you are feeling depressed, do try to keep yourself busy. Exercise can sometimes shorten the length of a depressed period, as can just doing things you enjoy. :)
Keep your head up.
Always here if you need anything

It may well be the start of clinical depression, but remember that you are going through puberty and without knowing the scale of these depressive episodes I can't tell you whether you're ill or hormonal. It's best to see a doctor, and I hope you feel better soon.

I get that a lot, too. I've always just dismissed it as hormones because, oppositely, I'll also be really happy for no particular reason. The happy episodes don't happen as frequently as the depression ones, though.

Maybe you should make a appointment too. I'm hoping this post helps other people.

I know my life isn't as bad as some peoples but i feel like i cant talk to anyone about my problems either because they don't have time, don't want to listen or just don't understand when i do tell them. I don't know if i'm in the right place but one of my friends suggested i talked to other people online with same or similar issues or anyone with advice.....
