insomnia?

is anyone else not able to sleep sometimes?
when this happens i always get a boner, so i felt like it was puberty related, but i'm not sure.

I feel like an insomniac all the time, but it's not because of the reason you described. I generally stay up for hours just thinking about the world and everything in it. This keeps me awake almost every night.

I have all nighters all sometimes. I usually pass the time by watching porn and jerking off. Or playing video games. But mostly jerking off. Once I jerked off 5 times in a night!

I'm not an insomniac but it does take me close to an hour of lying down in bed when im not really tired to go to sleep.

When I can't sleep I usually wank off and that helps me to relax and then I fall asleep.lol

Yeah I usually have trouble sleeping too. My psychiatrist told me to try taking melatonin, and it helps a little. I may end up having to go on sleeping meds though.
