general puberty help???

Ok I am 14 and I am so confused about puberty I have a friend, he was the same as me at the start of the year but he has grown tons! He's like 5ft 10 and I am only 5ft6 over the summer his voice broke, mines hasn't although I think its starting too I have definatley noticed a difference, He has tons of pubes I have a bit but not as much as him, his penis has grown because he has done stuff with his gf and he wouldn't do that if he had a small dick, My dick was 3.5“ but over the summer it has grown to 4 inches I just want it to grow more and my voice to break! Like I have armpit hear and he doesn't but he is further than me? I am one of the oldest in my grade but like one of the most under developed! I know everyone will just comment you will grow etc, but could anyone give me their story of when the grew and what size they are now like penis size, hieght amaount of hair etc?

Dude, I am still only 5'7", that's not an issue. As for when I got hair, I started when I was like, maybe 13, and I still only having pubic hair, leg, and armpit hair. My facial hair is barely noticeable! I noticed my penis grow probably when I was 14/15, but not much before, and not much after. I am health 6 and bit now. Everyone will develop at their own rate. I know dudes who were gorillas at 11 and guys that have 4 inchers now. You'll be fine, stress is the last thing your body needs to grow.

You've answered your own question in your original post. Everyone develops at a different rate and do so in different orders, so while he might have a lot of pubes you've got armpit hair. There's nothing you can do to change what happens during puberty and there's little point in worrying about it, be patient and you should develop to the extent of most people eventually.

I think you're just a late bloomer, there's not much you can do about it, but you'll catch up with your friend eventually, you shouldn't feel like you need compete in a race to see who starts puberty first or who finishes it first.

Also, 4 inches isn't bad, that's probably the size most 14 year old guys are, and you still have plenty of time to develop and grow.
