Semen is pretty warm. It is warm because it is in the body and so it is body temperature. As for the stickiness i believe its sticky from the substances that it is made up of. It may not be as sticky as some but still is generally sticky.

its warm and cools quikly because when sperm cells are alive they are very active and only active for a short timeand die when it gets to cold which is why your ball sack expands in the heat so they dont get to hot and the sack contrasts to keep the cells warm in the cold
