But here, have some doodles.

I was planning to finish that one but it's been sitting in my sketchbook for awhile untouched. Oh well.

This one is a current work in progress. So it's far from done, more of an outline still.

May not finish either. I dunno. I'm not much of an artist really. This is just the result of some boredom. I prefer photography, less eraser shavings involved. Also, anyone notice I suck at drawing hair? I get lazy.

Those are really great Jo! I especially love the first one, and the depth of the drawing. My art skills are no where near that level. I always love seeing the art you post here! :)

How on earth do you get the semi-profile thing right? Whenever I attempt it they end up looking like shit. Nice work :)
Do you plan to leave them as black-and-white drawings, or what?

It's difficult as hell to get it proportioned right.

And I digitally coloured the first one but it was just with the trackpad on my laptop so it looks pretty bad.

These are very good, Jo! If I may critique a little bit... You could definitely push the values a bit more, especially the facial shading. Don't be afraid to really get in there with the pencil and shade the cheek bones and the nose. Those are usually the two facial features which are under-shaded; but if you push them a little bit you can really make the drawing look a lot more complete. Your proportions are great in the first one, so there isn't a need to change anything in that department, however your eyes are lacking bottom eyelids. As subtle as they may be, when you create the slight ridge of the eyelid it really completes the eye as a whole. It gives the eyelashes somewhere to grow out of and gives them a little more depth, making the eyes pop more.
