how do i allow people to send a friend request ?

If they don't have it, that means they are on your friend list and vice versa. I see the link to befriend you in your profile. There's no setting to allow friend requests :).

Well with this other kid I accidentally defriended him and I cant add him again. It just says "statistics" and "quotes" and just his info (like name, post count, date joined). So what happend there? How do I know if I was blocked btw?

The reason you can't see his VM's/etc is because of his privacy settings, and you can't tell if someone has blocked you... Well, other than they may be ignoring you :P

Try going here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=buddylist), and scroll down to "Add a Member to Your List..." Type in his name.
