Welcome to puberty! You are experiencing mood swings, which teenagers are known for due to raging hormones. I seriously doubt you're depressed, unless these mood swings are severe and you feel such things as life isn't worth living, things you used to enjoy no longer interest you, etc. You can look up the symptoms of depression and see if they apply to you, but again I'm willing to bet it's just your normal, everday hormones. Lol and yes, it sucks :P
