Sweat Rash

I have a almost dark red sweat rash under my left arm :eek: Anyone know what I can do? Cause I'm obviously gonna sweat from marching band practice. So yeah, just need some advice plz. :D

You could try changing deodorant brands, or use something like talcum powder in addition to your current deodorant, because heat/sweat rashes can/are caused by friction on the skin as well as heat.

Try to find a milder deodorant. Like if you use gel deodorant try deodorants that are powder based. I had a similar problem and switching deodorants helped.

And yes, as said above your best bet would def be to switch deodorants.

i get sweat rashes too, especially in summer. what i do is use powder to dry it out and then it usually goes away.

I've had a sweat rash between my legs (in groin area :D ) for like a year now. And about every day, I've been putting powder on it, but it's still not going away :(
