However you want. Against the grain for a closer shave and more irritation. Away from the grain so its not as close but not so much irritation. With shaving cream or with a disposable shaver or a nice electric shaver. In the shower or out of the shower. Its all your choice!

I got an electric shaver to get the majority of the hair and then just used a razor to get the stubble! It works really well and is painless!

I find it best to do it in the shower with hot water running over your area. Shave downgrain (towards your feet) first and then once it is all stubbly, shave upgrain (towards your face) to get it really really short. Make sure your razor is free of hair every stroke or it would work well. Good luck too.

use a good razor shaving cream and go slow its your first time you might cut your self or get razor burn witch is totally natural I get it to this day! and when your done put lotion or anti itch cream on just so you don't get irritation

make sure to shave down for less irritation and shaving cream helps as well. go slow and just be careful haha especially since it's your first time. and razor burn is normal i definitely had some my first time. good luck dude
