Lindsay (my friend), dropped me and chey off at her doctors office, I was in the waiting room and when chey came out her eyes were swelled with tears and i asked her "wats wrong chey??" she just started crying more and ran outside, she had us run all the way to starbucks and she told me that the doctor uhh "played" with her.....Can somebody tell me what to do??

That is illegal. Call the police. What the doctor did was extremely wrong and he/she can get arrested for that.

It doesnt really matter how old she is. from 6 years to 56 its still very illegal. tell Chey what your doing and call authorities

the reason why i am asking is because around 13 it is common to get a physical at the doctor i was just making sure that she did no mistake that for sexual abuse.

I think it would be prudent to get her to change doctors. This way she doesn't get in a similar or awkward situation with the same doc.
As far as establishing what went on, speak with her about it. We can all try to second guess what happened, but without her telling you what went on you can't really help.

they could have been checking her and must have misunderstood but if she thinks its really abuse then u should call the police or state board of health
