They're supposed to be tabs. Did you refresh your cache or tried changing browsers?

Definitely not a new thing... Try resetting your browser settings or using a different one because it isn't doing that for me and I haven't seen or heard anything about anybody else having that problem -- that makes me think it's a browser issue. Try refreshing/clearing your cache like Jess said, that will hopefully fix it.
