Because you arent mature enough to create more sperm to make it white. Dont worry everyone goes through this. Just give it time and it will become white. Its clear also becuase there is less(but still alot) of sperm in it which makes it clear. Hope i answered your question.

All it means is that either you are masturbating alot, and so the nutrients for the sperm arent having enough time to produce, or you have just started puberty, and the nutrients for the sperm havent started to produce yet.
