Stupid Mistake

So lately, as many of you know, i have been depressed and nearly cutting myself. Well, today i made a stupid mistake while i was in the shower. no, i didn't cut myself, but i might have. i did something more dangerous. I water boarded my self. I don't know why i did it. i now regret even thinking about it. now i can't swallow without feeling a pain in my throat. :( why am i an idiot who thinks there are other ways out?

im sorry your going through a hard time but sounds to me like u need some help..... and need to figure out a way to drstract yourself from the self harm before u finally go too far.

it was mainly a mistake. i did it by accident, then i did it again. not on purpose. i just like to see how long i can hold my breath, but the second time i realized what i was doing and stopped. now i am regretting it.
