My R.O.D. Has this new friend and we been hanging out together and he's cute and regular size not scrawny nor chubby. I am chubby. thats why i think its nothing like he likes me. but he doesn't talk to me a lot but we have fun and make each other laugh but he makes a lot of eye contact with me. I try looking away since I find it awkward and when I look back he like looks away.

Do I nessisarily agree with this↑? Well I don't really think that this is a way to tell but good advice.
To me it sounds like he totaly wants to be your friend but is a bit nervous around new people. My friend is like that. don't worry it seems you two will get along seamlessly.
