Ryan is the only person talking sense so far in this thread. Not everyone can 'shoot', some people only ever dribble when they ejaculate and there's not a thing that can be done about it. Well I used too just drip/ooze like you did, but over the past few weeks my cum has been shooting instead, I think this is because I haven't been jerking off as much as I used to, and usually when I don't J/O very often, I find that it takes less "action" to get me aroused and rock hard than when i've been jacking off a lot. So I think the more aroused you are, the better your chances are of your cum shooting instead of oozing, at least in my experiences.

Some people report that going longer between sessions helps with distance.
