So many surveys

There are so many surveys in this section, does VT not have a survey and polls section?

This sort of is the survey and polls section, just not officially. Did you notice how under Puberty 101 there were the subcategories Pubery for Boys, Puberty for Girls, and then one for both. A lot of threads here are related only to one gender, but theyre still in this subcategory because theyre polls and Puberty for Both is the only place you can post polls

Yeah. We should lock the threads that are pretty much the same question. Unless there is a reason, like the other one is old, crowded, etc.

Yes, there are many surveys, and some of them contain the same question. But you know what? We're a help site. If a member wants to make their own survey, why can't they?
It isn't, well, it shouldn't bother you in any way. You don't have to answer them, and you can even hide the puberty boards all together if you really want to.

And, there most likely won't be a new subsection just for polls. That is what questions for boys and girls is. Questions, and predominantly, surveys.

Finally, the mods are not going to be locking every single survey because you feel it's old or "crowded." Honestly, does it matter?

Well, to be fair, doesn't it make your job a little tougher having to read through *all* of the same surveys multiple times?

In all honesty, with the moderator team we have now, there is no problem with the system in place.

Honestly I don't see the harm in having a new forum. It's not like this place is having lots of changes with the forums. Plus P101 only has 3 postable sections, it's not like it's overly forumed. Though I do believe it would be very helpful to add a place where polls and surveys are put to, instead of QFBB&G because if someone is looking for a poll or a survey, they might look there instead of going though and reading every description of the forum.
