OK so the last time I made a post it was about my balls itching but now it looks like it's making new skin on it and its peeling is this normal?

I would say it's not normal, is it irritated from shaving? if that's the case, stop shaving. I would but some cream on it to keep it hydrated and help with the itch and if it continues see your doctor.

Any place on your body that sweats frequently, skin can be peeled, like on your chest, back, legs, balls etc.

It's normal for skin to peel
Dead skin falls off and it grows right back again

never heard of this but it dosen't sound normal unless your balls got sunburned maybe a visit to your doctor will shed some light on your condition
