Well, first of all, it depends if you actually have one. If a girl asks you if she can see yours and you don't have one, just tell her you don't have one. If you do have one and she asks, then what you do from there is completely up to you. Do what you are most comfortable with. If you aren't comfortable with showing her, just lie and say you don't have one or just say you don't want to show her. If it doesn't bother you to show her, then show her. It all comes down to what you want to do and what you are comfortable with doing.
