I am sexually attracted to the same sex (think athletic guys are really hot), I am NOT emotionally attracted to the same sex. I am neither emotionally nor sexually attracted to the opposite sex. What am I?
I just have sexual attraction, not emotional. Am I then a "curious" asexual, even though I have and enjoy sex (anal, bj) with guys, and I've never been attracted to girls either sexually or emotionally?
I call it homosexual or GAY and I've self-identified this way for years, although only to other people recently. I've been physically attracted to guys since I was in baseball when I was seven years old. Never been attracted to a girl.
What do others think (especially Mods)?

Yes, I would say you are asexual, but you just are curious around males.

its hard to label yourself, and age also plays a factor. Under a certain age its difficult to call yourself anything, especially asexual as it is normal to not be emotionally attracted to either sex at a young age

thank you for the responses....I really do want to hear honest opinions on the matter
simple sexual attraction appears to be the standard outside of VT regarding the labels homosexual, bisexual and heterosexual such as from the following dictionary definition (all other dictionaries tend to be similar):
HOMOSEXUAL
1
: of, relating to, or characterized by a tendency to direct sexual desire toward another of the same sex
2
: of, relating to, or involving sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex
this is why it seems the identity would follow the basic sexual desire and why I have identified myself like this up until now....the world outside VT seems to define it along these lines. I hear something very different here on VT, a requirement for there to be "emotional" attraction. I believe there are plenty of homo/bisexual people who have no desire for an "in love" relationship with the same sex. They do not represent every homo/bisexual, but are part of the picture of what it is to be that way. Are they not?
On VT, I have gotten flak for stating what it seems the world outside VT seems to be saying. Question: where did VT get the extra requirement? I feel I'll understand better if maybe that is explained.
any more thoughts on this?
