Sprinting!

Anyone here do sprinting? 100-400m?

In track I'm mainly a thrower, but I do very good in the 200m, while in the 100 m I'm normally 3-5 place out of 8

I mainly run the 800 and 1600, but I can post like a 26s 200 and a 57s 400. Im decently quick.

I got through to nationals but I didn't go because I couldn't be bothered >.<

He'll yea brah! 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 300 m hurdles are my races! I went to the Junior Olympics in 2011 for the 200 m hurdles and got 51st in the country! It was in New Orleans and it was pretty cool, you should try hurdles because they are way too fun to miss out on!

Wow, 57 400 is pretty impressive! I just recently broke my PR and got a 59.46 and I was pumped! My new goal is to get down to a 53, and in the 200 down to a 24!
