Lately, I have been getting aroused by my brother. When in real life situations I can't connect to it in anyway. The fact that you took naked pictures of your brother without his consent or even knowledge is not only very, very wrong, but it is also an invasion of personal privacy, and could be considered as the production of unconsented pornography. Both of these are serious crimes, so I'd delete those photos ASAP if I were you, and I'd also never ever tell anybody about you taking those pictures again.

This was months ago happening the picture I took is long gone. And I don't believe it's a crime, seeing as how he is an adult one and two isn't even aware the picture ever existed.

Definitely dont make a habit of it. That is a violation of privacy and if he finds out it can make thing excessively awkward between you two. Maybe even to the point he doesnt want to talk anymore.

You're right, I was going to say this same thing about that. That's extremely harsh. But to give you my input, I think that you see him as a model for a 29 y.o. you. You're curious about how you'll look. So, you try and sneak a peak to get a glimpse into you're future. It's actually a psychological phenomenon (not to make you feel odd, lol). It's not common, but certainly not abnormal either. It stems from the same conditions of the Oedipus complex. Most will look at their father, brother, and cousin to compare bodies. For females, I forget the name of the complex, but it's the same but with the female family members. Hope that helps!

Ok, even if he did not know, it is a crime, since it happened. All teens are getting turned on by pretty much everything erotic (sounds, pictures even not related to their sexuality). So I really do not see anything bad in that, unless you think of having sex with him, that would be wrong.
