Okay so today at class I was talking with my friend and not focusing to the class at all.
So our teacher come behind us said he said be quiet and said something about my 'homo erotic dreams' so apparently he knows I see homo erotic dreams?
I mean yes I'm gay. . .
like are teacher allowed to say stuff like this to students? I didn't exactly hear what he said before that but he said 'homo erotic dreams' to me

I highly doubt he said THAT, because that's..well, just creepy if he knew. If, on the slim chance that he did, say it, then..I'd consider it verbal abuse to an extent. Quite rude and creepy.

No, your teacher most certainly not allowed to do that.
Making a comment like that about your sexual orientation is harassment and you can report him to your school--and if they don't listen and you still want to take action, there are likely other channels to do so.

If there are any anti-discrimination policies (that include LGBT) in place then you can report the teacher to an administrator. If nothing happens/they ignore the report, you can file a formal complaint against the teacher to the district.
I don't know where you live, so my advice only applies if you live in the United States.

Yep out of order in the UK too, but it sounds like you don't really know what he said so its kind of hard to call him out on it. If it happens again definitely tell your parents or something: I was out (not sure if you are) and had something similar from this one guy, and ended up getting an apology out of the particular teacher (plus I'm pretty sure he at least got a telling off from the headteacher). Our school has a student handbook which has all the bullying and equality policies and stuff in it, its like rules for the whole community.

If this is a first time offender, I'd let it go. If it happens again and you're 100% positive it was homophobic, then I would suggest asking him to not because you don't like it (this actually work with smart people, but not so much the stupid..), if he ignores it, then make a complaint someone else. :)

if your really that concerned that your teacher is homophobic report him. if you are feeling unsafe and threatened by him talk to his boss. if he did say this and that is what u 100% heard then by all means REPORT HIM
i have had mnay teachers fired due to sexual degrading behaviour and homophobic remarks. just talk to someone. before he does it to someone else

No, it's harassment/discrimination to mock you because of your sexuality, at least in the UK. You should report them to their Head of Faculty/the principal.
