How do I ask?

I'm 14 (& straight) and have a friend who I've known my whole life. I'm interested to know how big his penis is, but I don't know how to ask him.
Has anyone ever done this, or know how to ask?

Just ask or bring it up slowly we used to talk about stuff like this all the time at my old school
