Recently, For absolutely no reason, I go weeks, maybe even a month, without any erections, or sexual feelings. I have no idea why. I just dont feel like masturbating, or getting erections. And to get myself out of this "funk", I have to force myself to masturbate. Then Im fine for awhile, then the same thing happens again. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

:o even the master has questions! Well i get this too for me it comes and goes. I think its just boredom of masterbating and sexual cravings. I just got out of that like 1 month ago. Should go away did for me

Hasn't happened to me, but I think that if you see something arousing enough everyday, you might just be desensitized to it (like seeing alot of violent movies and not being affected by violence as a result). It might just take something REALLY sexy for you to hear/see to get yourself out of this funk (*crosses fingers* Cat fight in the mall water fountain!!! Oh please God!!! :D). Then you should be "back to your regular self".

hmmm. Maybe your body just got bored of masturbating and needs a break. My guess is as good as yours.

Could we not guess and only provide answers we actually know? ;)

It's hormones. Hormones make you super horny but it can also make you have a low sex drive. They fluctuate, up and down. This isn't a problem and only would be one if this went on years down the road.

Even when you get older this happens. Nothing to worry about. Some days it will be higher than normal and other times it will be low. Just how our bodies work.

It's nothing to do with being a moderator. I don't have the answers for every thread in here so when that's the case I don't reply to them. All I'm trying to say is posting guesses doesn't help anyone.

I agree with Ant, but I've never had this happen (I'm pretty sure I have an extremely high sex drive), but I think that its just your hormones messing with you. Hormones do all sorts of weird things to you, all these chem. reactions going on in your body, it's pretty freaky. As long as you don't completely lose your sex drive (it has happened to people), I think that you're fine, it doesn't really matter.

The Boys' Puberty Forum is for questions guys have about themselves and their bodies, and vice versa for Girls' Puberty. It does not, however, mean that only girls or guys can post in their respective forums.

Well thats displeasing. Every day I hold back the temptation to click that "girl puberty forums." Guess girls have less of a consience. I mean Moderator women, sure. But a Regular member, thats a no-no.

DISREGUARD THAT. valerie made a good point.

What do you mean? There's nothing wrong with members giving advice to other members just because they're of different sexes, as long as they legitimately know what they're talking about.

The puberty forum for BOYS ONLY. The only sexual questions permitted are sex-ed questions. I just copied that from the front forums. Nuf said. And lets not turn this into war. If you have something to say about this topic, PM me. This is starting to turn into spam.

You do not speak like that to a moderator. Check your PMs for an infraction.

The opposite gender can post in here but only guys can create threads. I suggest you listen to moderators who know the site policy and have been here longer than you.

The original question has been answered, so thread closed.
