I already don't eat much, but i wanna stop eating pretty much altogether. It can't be that hard, can it?

You shouldn't do that. You'll just make yourself really hungry and eventually eat a lot at once.

Yeah, your body has mechanisms to defend against that stuff.

I can honestly say it is NOT worth it. You are beautiful in every single way, don't not eat to be skinny. It is NOT worth it. <3

You need to eat, to survive, and to thrive.

Why would you want to die? YOU beat millions of other sperm cells to get inside your moms little eggy thing and YOU were lucky enough to be born..you should be proud about that.

You'll last maybe two or three weeks, depending on your health, weight to height ratio, and other factors. Not to mention, you'll be so weak. You might start passing out, hallucinating, and doing this is depriving your organs (including your heart) of the necessary nutrients needed to function. That's *if* you can just stop eating completely. And when/if you do start eating again, your body - because it's in starvation/survival mode - will store every little piece of food as fat, so your body can use the nutrients. Don't do this to yourself. You could seriously damage your body, and mess up your future if it were to result in serious medical problems. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here.

It backfires. One of my closest friends had an eating disorder a few years ago. She dropped 20 pounds (and wasn't overweight to begin with) and then gained it all back as soon as she started to eat, and then some.
If you want to lose weight, don't take a lazy approach. Eat properly, and exercise often.

It may seem like its easy..its not. At first you'll feel great but then after a day or two the pain will kick in. It never goes away, just gets worse. then after a week you'll be to tired to do anything but sleep. And thats when you start to see things it feeling like your living in some weird dream where everything hurts. Your body will be so messed up it will become hard to stand up and you'll be swaying. just staying conscious is the hardest part of your day, and you get confused and start ignoring your friends because your tired tired to even listen.

its not worth it

Yeah, I tried this once and like Denita said You'll eat a lot if you try to starve yourself. Just be yourself, and your weight really bothers you that bad, don't starve yourself. Try eating small portions, and counting calories. I've done that for a year now and I've lost 40 pounds. =)

Edit: I limit myself to 1200 calories a day. Also if it's hard for you not to eat, try just eating whole foods none of that processed junk.

Starving yourself is never a good solution... It made me very sick from lack of nutrients..
