Some girls talk about it, some don't. Girls will talk more privately though, to close friends, not to any person of the same sex in a class room, like boys. I've experienced that many times. :\

Some girls do, it depends on their personality. There are a few friends of mine who are open about it - but there are others who when the subject comes up shy away from it. Not all guys are open about it too - it took me a long time to admit to anyone that I did it.

Well from what i've seen on here, girls talk about masturbation about as much as guys. Some people are open to talking about, others aren't.
