Actually, I'm a medical student; sperm actually can live a long time (a few hours) outside the body- inside a female body it can live for around 8 days. If sperm was frozen in 25 seconds after the donor has 'collected' it and then given it to the doctor in a petri dish, then it will be a miracle.
Please stop trying to start fights with your minimal knowledge about this topic.

Being what LilMarieLyons said and the fact from the underwear to the fallopian tubes where the egg resides... That trip for a tiny number of sperm that could get through her panties and inside...
