Tight Foreskin

Well basically, I can't fully retract my foreskin over the head of my penis while erect!! Has/do any of you guys got/had the same problem? And can anyone help with how I can sort the problem out???

when i was young, i couldnt either. i think if you keep on masturbating, the foreskin eventually loosens up and you can retract fully (:
