For the past few weeks my teacher has had a negative predisposition towards me. Ignoring my questions, and grading my papers unfairly. Well yesterday I asked the counselor to move me out of that class quietly. Instead she recommends I talk to my teacher about the problems. I go and confront my teacher today, and she flips out. She calls me garbage, threatens a discipline referral, and demands I leave her room. Also when pointing out the discrepancies in her grading I provided several examples, and those whose papers I used had the names redacted so they wouldn't be singled out as well. This infuriated her even more. I reported back to the counselor with this and I'm worried about how Monday is going to go.

Talk to your guidance councillor and report your teacher to the administration. Her behaviour is unacceptable. You did the right thing by asking to be moved and talking politely to her, but you won't win in an argument. The sooner you can get moved to a different class, the better.
