the right place

i want to ask this girl out and i was gonna ask her out in a nice place when we left to go to the train and theres this place nice and quiet. She wanted me to ask her then but we were in high school and it was loud and didnt seem right. Was it right i waited and did any one else do this or try it?:confused:
