Yep You can go on internet explorer on Xbox 360 now. There was an Xbox 360 Update yesterday and that is when they must have created it. (They also changed the layout of the dash board a little bit.

All you need is acess to Xbox live. You can get a gold membership or a 3 month membership. It doesn't matter I don't think.
