Yeah. Hadn't cut in a little over two years. Now that's all gone because I couldn't think straight and keep myself safe. I'm such an idiot. I knew going this long without it was too good to be true...it won't be long before someone finds out either. It's still too warm here to get away with wearing long sleeves all the time. Especially during freaking softball games, which I have 2 of this week. I'm so stupid. Can't believe I did this again.

Relapses happen, okay? Two years was incredible, and you didn't "ruin it all" by cutting again. It's an addiction, and one that you have been very successful in fighting. Just keep fighting it, because if you give up then it will be a bigger disappointment than relapsing after trying.

well done for going 2 years without, its not wasted because u cut again... i have a friend who went for like 5 years without it but still to this day goes back to it when things get really bad, its an addiction you can never fully get rid of it and i know that sucks but hey we all know life isint fair... dont be hard on urself for doing it be proud of urself for going so long without and iff this time u can go longer without doing it
