Breakfast: 6 weetbix + 250mL lite milk + banana
Morning tea: apple + 20 pistachios
Lunch:chicken cheese and carrot wrap
Afternoon tea: muesli bar
after school snack:milo

Any suggestions to make this healthier? I didn't include tea because of the large variety (parents). am I eating enough, if so what should I eat. also if it helps I am extremely active

Sounds fine but you might want to throw in some veggies somewhere. :D

Looks good. :) Of course I'm not expert, but you've got your protein and calcium in there. You do have carrots, but maybe more servings of vegetables would be good. Also, try to drink as much (if not more) as 8 glasses of water a day. If you are extremely active you might want to introduce more healthy calories into your diet, as any sort of exercise or physical activity burns them off quite rapidly. Being "very active" makes me think you excercise/workout/sports activity nearly everyday, if not more, so make sure you are receiving a healthy caloric intake in relation to the amount you burn off.

you could maybe throw some fish in there too
