Still can't stop thinking about...

I still can't stop thinking about this person who i really liked. Yeah, he said it's better if we just stayed friends and i didn't bother him anymore after that. I haven't talked to him for months. When i see him i just wave or say hi but i don't start a conversation. I don't make an effort to communicate to him in any way. I kept away everything that reminds me of him. I thought of every possible reason why i can't like him anymore.

But i still can't stop thinking about him...

Yeah it lessened but there are still times that i think what could have happened if he did like me back or what could have happened if i had never confessed my feelings to him. I really don't know what to do anymore. Any advice?

Everyone has those thoughts, it's ok. You can try and distract yourself though. Find a hobby or try something new, then you'll find yourself looking forward to that after school or wondering what else you can do (:

Yeah, thats about what happened to me about this girl I really liked a lot who I was friendzoned with. So I kinda can relate. If you are tired of missing them or feeling down about the situation, just go out and have some fun with some other friends. Just hang out with some friends, go to the movies, do something fun to get your mind off of it. You can do different activities such as exercise, playing video games, or just whatever you want to do. Whatever you do, just take some time to relax.

You just have to keep your mind occupied until you find another interest. I know what you mean by not being able to stop thinking about him. It's like you can relate ANYTHING to the person you're in love with. But it does get better. I know you probably dont believe it, i didnt when i was stuck in the gutter, but trust me, it does. Try to find another love interest. It is hard at first, but eventually you will get over him.
