Hi, everyone.
The forum has been a great help in the past and hopefully can be again. :)

Is it normal for someone who is heterosexual to be able to masturbate to images of men, during puberty? Recently, I have found myself viewing images (not videos) of men for masturbation. Don't get me wrong, I get just as aroused to women but I never used to view gay images. Although I can jack-off to images of men, I could never imaging having a relationship or intercourse with another man, it's just not something that interests me. Could this be something to do with hormones?

Ahh first of all I'd like to point out that what you are doing is 'normal' and many boys including myself have done this. I found especially in the early stages of puberty, even leading up to now, that I was masturbating to images of men and sometimes even videos, and I was fine with this.

Anyways back to the question, this does not make you gay, you are just exploring, and seen as you have no physical attraction to males then you are most deffo not Gay.

Being gay is not just about what type of things you masterbate to, being gay is all about physical and mental attraction. So to answer your question, no, masterbating to images of guys does not make you gay, it's completely natural and normal :)

As everyone's stated, it is perfectly normal, homosexuality is an instinctual sexual attraction to the same sex :)

Any sexual feelings you have are yours and thus 'normal'. Don't worry about it, just enjoy it.

No one act or experience 'makes' someone gay. Being gay or bi is about a continuity of attraction and enjoyment. That's why it is hard for people to label themselves sometimes because they don't have enough experience, and some people need more experience than others before they work out how they are wired. The best thing you can do is just kick back and enjoy whatever it is that you enjoy.
