Friend frozen?

I won't say who is frozen, but I am wondering why a good friend of mine got "frozen"? What would he have had to do to get frozen? Is it permanent or not? He's a real fun guy to talk to, and I've been wanting to talk to him.

As for freezings, they are not permanent. They result either from infractions building up to a certain point or from being requested to be frozen. Since the case you're referring to is with a specific person, I'd advise you to PM one of the admins about it and they will get back to you when they are able to.

PM Ronnie (Scarface) or Mikey (ImCoolBeans) if you want to know why anybody got frozen, and if they feel it appropriate, they'll tell you. Otherwise, the cases of specific people being frozen/banned is not something to be discussed in threads.

He either got too many infractions or did something that staff felt needed for his account to be frozen immediately. Or he might have requested it. No, it's not permanent, but the freezing times vary.

Noir pretty much said it all, but I highly doubt the Admins will tell you why this person was frozen. They may tell you how long until he's back, but it keeps the site away from drama if bannings and freezings aren't plastered all over everywhere. ~holli
