It varies from guy to guy. Think it's a mix of interest and stamina (if stamina is the right word) I have been with guys where as soon as they are done then that's it, they aren't bothered anymore. Even if it was just oral they weren't interested in anymore. But some guys I've been with have liked to ejaculate through oral sex as part of foreplay and then after I've had some pleasure enage in sexual intercourse.
